By accessing and using Eduva Learning ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Eduva Learning provides educational content including flashcards, presentations, language courses, educational games, exam preparation materials, and AI tutoring aligned with the Nigerian curriculum (NERDC).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Users under 13 must have parental consent.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Paystack. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. Free tier access is provided at our discretion and may be modified.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, share account credentials, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
All content on the Platform is owned by Eduva Technology Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Eduva Learning is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
